Located in Cleveland Heights, Mayfield Cemetery has served the Jewish faith community of Greater Cleveland since 1880. The park is the only Jewish garden-style cemetery in the region, and is one of the largest faith burial grounds in Cuyahoga County.

The cemetery is jointly owned and supported by The Temple – Tifereth Israel and Anshe Chesed Fairmount Temple. Kotecki Family Memorials is an official memorial and monument designer to the cemetery.
